The next meeting is February 25. The Dinner Club supports young parents (up to 24 years of age) with children from 0-6 years of age. Parents are involved in choosing the menu and preparing the evening meal. Children are cared for by childcare staff and once dinner is ready, everyone eats together. Guest speakers come and respond to parent interest and provide infor- mation on infant and child develop- ment, parenting skills, family nutri- tion etc. There is no fee for this pro- gram. Dads Connect runs from 6-8 p.m. and provides an opportunity for fathers of children from 0-6 years of age to spend some quality play time together with their children and to network with other dads. Glen Williams Drop-in This drop-in program is offered each Tuesday and Wednesday morn- ing from 9:30-11:30 a.m. for parents and caregivers of children from 0-6 years of age. Located in the St Alban the Martyr Church hall at 537 Main St., Glen Williams, this program provides lots of fun through crafts, songs, stories and much more. For more information please call Jennifer, 905-873-2960. Caregivers Connect Are you a home childcare provider caring for children from 0- 6 years of age? Caregivers Connect is offered through the Ontario Early Years Centre Georgetown Satellite and provides an opportunity for caregivers to meet for lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with the children in their care. (Next lunch: Feb. 29.) Come and enjoy play-based activ- ities, network with other caregivers and learn about resources and sup- ports in the community.
