Although "my boss" David always treated me as an equal or better in our business relationship, beyond that he quickly became one of my most valued friends again with equal respect and caring we supported each other through many personal challenges and al- ways felt and shared each other's pain as our own. I was blessed to have David in my life and by my side for what seemed like forever but now seems fleeting. Throughout a very difficult year I miss his gentle caring strength and presence in my life more than words can say. Thank you for the love, respect and loyal friendship and for always being there for me.
