The Town of Halton Hills and the federal govern- ment, via a note from Prime Minister Stephen Harper, also paid tribute to the longtime hockey volunteer. Halton Hills Sports Museum president Finn Poulstrup presents Georgetown Hockey Heritage Council award winner Hal Pells with a plaque congratulating him on being named the recipi- ent of the 2008 award at Mondays annual dinner.
