Sports & Leisure, Friday, March 21, 2008 3 Ten-year-old Jason Fischer of Georgetown has been tearing up the slopes this winter in the Alpine Ontario South Nancy Greene League, earning the Top Male Racer award at his home Heights of Horseshoe Ski Club. The Silver Creek Public School student took top spot for his club team in races at Georgian Peaks, the Alpine Ski Club Heights of Horseshoe and was second in the latters interclub championship. As well, he had a 16th-place result in the Nancy Greene Invitational at Craigleith, which featured the best skiers in the province, and helped Heights of Horseshoe win the team championship at the Huronia Cup.
