The Statesmens Division I goals and points record-holder was taken with the 39th overall pick. The co-winner of the 2008 Babe Kraus Award, presented to the Geneva, N.Y. schools outstanding senior athlete, is just the 16th Statesman all-time-and the first to do so playing exclusively in Division I-to score 100 career goals. Veltman fin- ished his collegiate career with 109 goals and 53 assists for 162 points, as well as 107 ground balls. He ranks 15th on Hobarts all-time lists for both career goals and points.
