S.O. 1997, c. 27 Acton/Georgetown, Friday, June 13, 2008 9 Through the generosity of Country Homes of Woodbridge, all Halton schools, both public and Catholic, will receive a copy of the recently reprinted Halton County Atlas, (originally printed in 1877) to be used as a historic resource in the schools' libraries. The atlas reprinting project was part of a fundraising initiative by Halton Regional Museum Foundation to raise funds for more artifact storage at the facility located at Kelso Conservation Area. On hand to make the donation at Park Public School were (from left) Pat Wright of Park School, Ernie Rinomato, president of Country Homes, Grade 5 students Will Maeden and Laura Chiavegato, Halton Board of Education chair Gillian Tuck Kutarna and Park School principal Kathy Clarke.
