Along with the C o n v e n t i o n comes the annual Bid Calling Com- petition, which this year will be held on Saturday, Sept. 29, 11 a.m. at Humes Auction Farm, 9313 Fourth Line, Halton Hills five kilometres north of the Milton Water Tower. This event will feature a full pub- lic estate auction, that will see some of the best auctioneers from Newfoundland to British Columbia competing, with former winners fill- ing in between competitors. Items for sale include stained glass win- dows, antique furniture, glass and china, wicker baby pram, origi- nal artworks, and oriental and Persian carpets.
