Halton Police report at about 6:40 p.m. a 36-year-old Georgetown woman was walking in the Argyll Rd. and Hamilton Cr. area. A man wearing a black nylon over his head stepped out from behind a fence and attempted to grab her. The woman jumped backward and managed to flee on foot. The woman, who didnt want her name published, told The Independent & Free Press yesterday (Tuesday) as she ran from the man he continued to watch her. After I got away from his grab, he removed the nylon mask immediately, she said. About 10 minutes after that incident, police report a 15-year-old girl in the Argyll Rd. and Harley Ave. area was grabbed and touched inappropriately by a man wearing a nylon over his head. In the meantime, the first victim had run home and told her husband what had hap- pened. She and her husband jumped in their vehicle and returned to the area to see if they could find the man. The woman said a short time later in the Argyll Rd. and Harley Ave. area they spotted the man she believed had tried to grab her earlier. They attempted to follow him in their vehicle and yelled out to another man walk- ing nearby to chase after the al leged assailant.
