Steel, Kenneth (Died)
- Full Text
Steel -- In memory of my brother Kenneth, who passed away so long ago June 9, 1975 at the young age of 17. "They say that memories are golden, and well I guess that's true, but I never wanted memories, Kenny - I only wanted you." I think of you in silance, I often speak your name, I feel again the bitter blow, That never should have come. Each morning when I awake, And know that you are gone, No one knows the heartache. As I try to carry on, My heart still aches in sadness, And Sceret tears still flow, What it meant to loose you, Kenny, No one will ever know. My thoughts are always with you, Your place no one can fill, In life I loved you dearly, in death, I love you, still, They say that time heals everything, But I know it isn't so, Because it hurts as much today, As it did so long ago, Deeply missed, your brother Gary.
