Description
- Full Text
In Memory of Henry Gear Hayes, who passed away on the 18th of October, 1992. This is a tribute to a great man who survived the Second World War, who raised six children, who although crippled with arthritis, never lost the will to carry on. It has been a year since you left us, Yet it seems like yesterday, You proved to me what thogh really is, Living all those years in pain, But you are free of all that now, And are above watching, If I turn out to be half the man you were, I would certainly be glad, You were the best man that I have ever known, You were my Dad. Loved and missed deeply, your son, Ken.
