The parents of Tracy Ann Haggett and Michael John Brouwer are delighted to announce the engagement of their children, Tracy, daughter of Roger and Jane Haggett, Georgetown, is a Humber College of Nursing graduate. Mike, son of Bill and Sharon Brouwer, Rockwood, is a graduate of the University of Guelph. Both attended Acton High School. Vows will be exchanged on August 24, 1996 at St. Alban's Church in Acton.
