Ewing, John -- On Saturday, September 14, 1996 at the Lapointe Fisher Nursing Home, Guelph. John, in his 80th year, beloved husband of Margaret Smith and loving father of Diane and her husband Michael Stevens of Ottawa, Steven and his wife Charlotte of Ottawa, Robert and his wife Sandy of Milton, Paul and his wife Cathy of Guelph, Gary of Brampton, Arlene and her husband Ron Doucette of algary and Keith and his wife Priscilla of Georgetown. Loved grandfather of Michael, Heather, Diarmid, Laura, Brynn, Robert, Christopher, Amanda, Carolyn, Evan, Nathan, Josh and Christian, and great-grandfather of Taylor, Wallis, Connor and Kyle. Dear brother of James of Oakville and Archie of Rosseau. Predeceased by his sisters Jean and Catherine and by his brothers Harry, Joe and Tom. Friends were received at the J.S. Jones and Son Funeral Home, Georgetown, Ontario.
