Toebes -- Lynda (nee Whiffin) and John are thrilled to announce the safe arrival of their first son Matthew John, on February 5, 1997 at 11:58 p.m., weighing 7 lbs., 9-1/2 ozs. Proud grandparents are Bob & Olwen Whiffin and John & Martha Toebes. A very special thanks to Dr. Koslowski, Dr. Wu, Dr. Peers and the O.B. staff at Milton District Hospital for their excellent care.
