CARR, William Hamilton (Bill) -- Suddenly at home on Saturday, January 3, 1998. Bill Carr in his 78th year. Dearly beloved husband of Margaret. Dear father of Barry (Patricia), May Ward (Ian) and David (Sylvia). Fond step-father of Sandee Pearson (Bill), Grant Kimmons (Theresa) and Susan Kimmons (Luc). Cherished Gramps of Christopher, Ryan, Courtney, Jennifer, Robyn, Curtis, Andrea and Step-grandfather to Patrick, Genevieve, Nicholas, Jordan and Daniel. Proud great-grandfather of Megan. Also survived by his first wife Irene, brothers Roy (Babs), Dennis (Merle), Colleen (Alvin) and many nieces and nephews. Bill was R.C.A.F. Vetran of WW11, Civil Engineer Graduate of Toronto University 1949, Ontario Land Surveyor and Retired Department Head Technology and Trades, Algonquin College and was also an avid sailor, long standing member of Britania Yacht Club and ham radio enthusiast. Friends were received at the J.S. Jones and Son Funeral Home, Georgetown, Ontario.
