Full Text: MANDEL -- Jason and Christine (nee Slaney) are thrilled to announce the safe arrival of their first child, Emma Louise, arriving Wednesday, February 4, 1998 at 9:30 p.m., weighing 8 lbs., 10 ozs. Proud grandparents are Shirley Pettinger and Bill Mandel and Ken and Cathy Slaney. Emma is also welcomed by her proud great-grandparents Emma Rosen and Marion and Howard Young. Special thanks to Dr. Tam and nursing staff at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital.
