MCCLURE, Esther Elizabeth -- At Caressant Care Nureing Nursing Home, Arthur, on May 10, 1998 in her 100th year. Daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (McDougall) Giffen. Beloved wife of the late Craig McClure (1967). Loving mother of Andrew and his wife Eleanor, John and his wife Betty both of Norval, Lorma and her husband Stan Steen of Elora and Betty and her husband Harold Dodds of Winnipeg. Dear grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 33 Great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Dear sister of Jean (Mrs. Duncan Macdonald). Predeceased by sisters Mary (Mrs. John McCulloch), Grace (Mrs. J.J. Campbell) and Catherine (Mrs. James Laidlaw) and one brother John R. Giffen. The family received friends and relatives at the Ward Funeral Home, Brampton, Ontario, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in Norval Presbyterian Church, on Wednesday, May 13 at 3 p.m. with the Rev. John Giunn officiating. Interment Hildrest Cemetery, Norval.
