- JEFFREY, Mary Veronica -- Peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 1998, at the Georgetown and District Memorial Hospital. Veronica, 100 years of age, wife of the late William Jeffrey, loving mother of Bill and his wife Jean of Edmonton. Cherished grandmother of Jo-Anne Casser, Sheila Redpath, Richard, Mark and David Jeffrey and Lesa Hayman and 10 great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the J.S. Jones and Son Funeral Home, Goergetown, Ontario, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Holy Cross Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 22, 1988 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown, Ontario.
