Baines, Terence Frederick "Terry" Q.C. (Died)

BAINES, Terence Frederick (Terry) Q.C. -- Suddenly and peacefully at Kingston General Hospital, on September 12, 1998, after a courageous battle. Beloved husband of Fran of Kingston and dearly loved father of Sean (St. Catharines), Brian (Toronto) and Devin and his fiancee (Ottawa). Predeceased by his parents, Fred and Nell Baines of Toronto. Will be greatly missed by the Jack (Fran's) family, brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews and his many friends and former Colleagues. Graduate of the University of Toronto, B.A., L.L.B. Retired in 1996 after sixteen years as a member and vice-chairman of the Ontario Municipal Board following twenty years in the practice of Law in Georgetown, Ontario. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18 at 1:30 p.m. at the James Reid Funeral Home, Cataraqui Chapel, Kingston, Ontario. Visitation with the family prior to the service beginning at 12:30.
