Full Text: PERKINS -- I would like to extend my thanks to everyone since returning home from hospitals. Thank you to Dr. Nair and staff at Bracebridge Hospital. Thanks to Dr. Chong and nurses at Georgetown Hospital. Thanks to Dr. Lam and his staff at Chedoke Hospital, my heartfelt thanks to my wonderful therapists at Chedoke. Many thanks are sent to the Georgetown Referee's Georgetown Minor Hockey, Hockey Heritage, Georgetown Umpires, Ladies Powder Puff League, Matt & Lanie and Pat & Gary for gifts of flowers and fruit baskets. Love and thank you to my wife Bette, my children and Steve for your time, traveling and love during my recovery.
