Drury, Elsie (Died)

           DRURY, Elsie -- In loving memory of a wonderful Mom, who died May 24, 1998.
           
           This past year I've felt like a ship lost at sea, Tossed battered, forever fighting to stay afloat.
           You see you were my lighthouse, Guiding me, helping me to feel safe and protected,
           You gave me the strength to strike out in new directions and be adventurous,
           Since you died, Many times I've felt as though I was sinking,
           In my darkness I forgot that you said that you would never leave me .
           When I finally looked up I realized that you had kept your promise.
           There you were shining down on me, directing me once again.
           Like a star, constant and bright, our love will last forever.
