McKeon, Peggy (née Anderson) (Died)

           McKEON, Peggy -- After a courageous battle with cancer at the Trillium Health Care Centre, Mississauga, on Friday, June 18, 1999. Peggy was the beloved wife and best friend of Mark and mother of Michael, Gordon and Kathleen and the cherished daughter and Margaret Anderson and sister of Jim, Donna, Cindy and Rob. Peggy will be sadly missed by her mother and father-in-law Natalie and Fred McKeon and Marl's sisters Cathy and her husband Greg Branton and Julie and her husband Rob Greenway. Aunt will be greatly missed by her nieces and nephews. Mark and his family gratefully thank Peggy's friends Tina Westlake and Pam Pike from Halifax and sisters Donna and Cindy and friend Brenda for their love and support through Peggy's final days. Special thanks to Dolly Boone for her caring and consideration. Friends were received at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Acton, Ontario, on Monday from 2 - 4 and 7 -9 p.m. with vigal for Peggy to be held at 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated from St. Joseph's Church, Acton on Tuesday, June 22, 1999 at 11 o'clock. Cremation to follow.
