BEAUCHESNE, Gabriel Retired Scarborough Fire Fighter Passed away suddenly, doing what he like to do best, on June 14th, 2006, in his 81st year. Loving husband of Muriel for 55 years. Beloved father of Diane and her husband Guenther Kadatz, Denis and his wife Eileen Foley, and Pauline and her husband Les Matchett. Proud "Papa Gabe" of Ryan, Cameron and Calvin Beauchesne, Jordan and Alyssa Matchett. Survived by his brothers Alcide and Jean-Eude, and his sisters Yvette, Cecile and Monique. He will always be remembered by his many other relatives and friends, including his best buddy John, all of his bridge, tennis, snooker and skating pals. Family and friends will be received at the "Scarborough Chapel" of McDougall & Brown, 2900 Kingston Road, east of St. Clair Avenue, East on Sunday, June 18th, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday June 19th, 2006 at 10:00 am at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, 3216 Lawrence Avenue, East with a reception to follow in the Church Hall. Family interment to follow at Mount St. Louis Cemetery at 2:30pm. Donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
