MacKay, Moyse (Card of Thanks)

           MacKAY, (Moyse) -- We would like to express our sincere gratitude to relatives, the many friends and neighbours for flowers, cards, calls, donations to the Heart and Stroke Fund and also all who attended the memorial service at Dunlop Lodge. Special thanks to the Doctors, nurses and staff at the Elliott Lake Hospital and Sudbury General Hospital, the ambulance attendants, Rhona, Currie and Ron Sinclair for their tributes paid to Patricia at the memorial service, the staff at the lodge for preparing the lunch and last but certainly not least the Rev. Brian Bigelow for his comforting support and conducting the memorial service at the lodge. Words cannot express the thanks our hearts would like to say for helping us through this most difficult time of sorrow.
