The winner for the best decor-ated vendor booth was the Acton Horticultural Society. They did an amazing job with the gardens and Mardi Gras theme. Special thanks to the Georgetown Little Theatre for volun-teering to hand out beads and masks during the day. It was an added touch to the festival this year.I would like to thank the committee who worked diligently throughout the year, Terry Foster, Nicholl Spence and Coun-cillor Jon Hurst. The Acton BIA could not have done this without you.The Leathertown Festival Committee would like to thank all the volunteers who helped during the day. Theres a lot of work involved putting on an event of this magnitude, even the weatherman cooperated (to a certain extent.)Special thanks to the Town of Halton Hills Public Works CLASSIC CARS: Don McIsaac proudly displayed his 69 Chev Malibu and his 56 Chev Bel Air.staff who worked so hard to help make our festival a success.
