MUNRO -- Ian and Sharla are proud to announce the arrival of their twin boys Andrew Colin (5 lbs. 13ozs.) and Matthew Jay (5 lb. 4 oz.) born November 19, 1999. Thrilled first-time grandparents are Junior and Niki Tibbitts and anne Munro. Also very delighted are Uncle Neil and Aunt Alison.
