Controversy rocks Rockwood over sewers water Residents of and area are reacting strongly to the waterworks and distribution and treatment proposed for the village A concerned delegation of seven ratepayers attended a meeting of the Rockwood Trustees last night Tuesday com plaining that the total cost of the water and sewage project Is too people at this time The trustees exchairman Don Hilts can only afford a waterworks system at this time They believe the sewage plant and system could wait until conditions are more amenable Another group thinks there could be a saving of in sewage costs
