any harder than they do now Mr referred to the previous OMB hearing when his clients property was to have been rezoned industrial but the amendment was not passed because of objections from the conservation branch of the Department of Municipal Affairs which ruled land adjacent to the BChool creek must be used for conservation purposes He said it was his client understanding the amendment by law stated there was a foot setback from the creeks 50 year high water level but they were unable to obtain a copy of the final form of the amended by law to certify It Ml designation The amendment stated that an Ml designation for that foot strip was unacceptable unless the company channelled the creek testified Dilb Printing president Dave Dills He said the company hoped to utilize the land
