accompanied by our noted teacher Mr and a began our trip bus to the Ontario Science Centre We finally reached our destination after the lont ride in the rain The modem budding was immense and the water works displa in front of the building was beautiful We entered the building tlirough one of its main entrances into the area where we waited for our guide We were allowed free time for half an hour so we went to the Molecules end Ijsir area Some of the things were fascinating we didn want to leave this room to no to the theatre but there was still a great deal to see Pollution probe At the lecture theatre we had a discussion about pollution We saw slides and heard a few songs on this topic which were ver We ended the discussion with our own lews on pollution and ways in which to fired Other rooms which we visited included the Transportation room the Science Arcade Earth arid Weather area and the Oil and Gas building Even though this was the second visit for a few of us we all found it a most educational and en able trip M Dennett School students participated in their annual school held day last week Outstanding all round perfor mances were turned in by Mike with three firsts in senior boys events Gary Deling with three firsts In the intermediate boys group and Nathan Fields who had four firsts In the Junior boys bracket Cathy and Cindy Ban- earned two firsts apiece
