they receive a grant from Halton County Council Council decided during budget discussions In March not to give the group a grant A grant was given the group last year to set up shop but council arrived we were divided into small groups in order to study and record things such as stream width depth current signs of pollution and soil profile Study Bridge After spending two and one half hours at the creek we went onto a large bridge on Highwiy No Just east of Palermo There we estimated the of the br valley depth and width and stream width From there we went to the township dump We went there to further our study of soil profiles and effects of We got back to the school about 2 Everyone enjoyed the trip It was the best ever several people remarked A special thanks to Ken the bus
