from the Ontario Council for Leadership and Education Association came to take a look at how in a small school works Parents Night was held at the school Wednesday Parents came to see and have an interview with teachers Many students acted as secretaries to the teachers and I am sure it was appreciated trips Thursday morning Mrs Levy and grde ten went to the Art Gallery In Toronto They were back at the end of the day and then many of them left Keith Black for the Royal Winter Fair Jim May took SO grade nine students to the Fair the next day Several people from Glengarry In Alexandria went on a field trip to the Ontario Art Gallery They were chaperoned by their teacher Mrs Levy and Mrs Bray However before they visited the art building the students were taken on a tour of Toronto The purpose was to study and compare the old and the new architecture After this tour the students went to the Art Gallery where they were supposed to have a general tour but became of construction they visited a special exhibition called Toronto Paintings Paintings by Burton Bush Snow and Town were Just some of the many shown The paintings were very modern but consequently lost some of their
