municipalities for water and sewer projects Ontario Environment Minister James Auld has announced that the Government has approved Increasing the subsidization of capital costs of the two systems from to 75 per cent If the Ontario Cabinet decides Rockwood Is to have sewers and water installations the village could be one of the first to benefit from the increases In 1969 the Province of Ontario
