Lindsay died In Toronto Western Hospital on February Eldest daughter of the late and Jane Alice Lindsay she was born at Evergreen Holme highway No 7 Just east of Acton where she- resided for her She was a member of the Acton Trinity United Church In her earlier years she was a regular member of the Young People a organization and Sunday School Funeral service A Walter of Churchill Community Church a former pastor of Acton United Church and a friend of the family officiated at the funeral service at Funeral Home on February 22 Interment was in Cemetery Acton The ladies of Trinity United Church very kindly served lunch to the friends after the funeral Pallbearers were Clarence Coles John Harvey Young Stanley Morrison and Clarence Denny Citizen of Year Mrs Peggy Treahv has been named Georgetown Citixen of the Year by the Lions club there She works at the adult workshop for the retarded at Hornby and was Instrumental In the building of the Sunshine School for the retarded creation of the workshop and forming of the auxiliary in Georgetown He la a former member of the Rotary Club the Lawn Bowling Club Curling Club and the Golf Club He is survived by his daughter- inlaw Mrs Grant
