week s edition of the paper I published information on the structure etc of the proposed Regional Area of North Halton In the firm belief that neighbours and friends will take the fate of this new community in their hands and shape its destiny it is my intention to provide the citizens with full and accurate reports on the progress being made every citizen has the right to know how this new level of govern ment will affect him We must create a community that will provide more than limited autonomy provide a feeling of security give the opportunity for all groups and citizens to participate effectively and to achieve harmony for all interests be they political cultural economic or social The new Regional Government will have to provide the ability to perform the task for
