ACTS AS FOLLOWS That Section Bylaw 1358 be amended to Include the following subsection Noxious Uses No use shall be permitted which from lis nature or the materials used therein Is declared to be a noxious trade business or manufacture under The Pub lic Health Act or regulations thereunder and without limit ing the generality of the foregoing shall Include any uses which under The Public Health Act or regulations thereun der may be declared by the Local Board of Health or Council to be noxious or offensive trade business or manufacture 811 Permitted Uses No building structure or land shall be used and no building or structure shall be hereafter erected structurally altered enlarged or maintained In a First Industrial Zone Ml except for the following uses Any light manufacturing or Industrial undertaking conducted en tirely within a building a commercial undertaking Incidental to manufacturing including a warehouse and a storage depot but excluding fuel storage a repair shop a wholesale busi ness a printing establishment a commercial garage an automobile service station subject to the requirements of Section a car washing establishment and other activity connected with the automotive trade a public utility building or structure a municipal yard or depot and a business office Incidental to a manufacturing or Industrial undertaking That Section Zoning Bylaw 1350 is hereby delet ed and the following substituted therefore 821 Permitted Uses No building structure or land shall be used and no building or structure shall be hereafter erected structurally altered enlarged or maintained In a Second Industrial Zone AM except for the following uses All uses permitted In the Ml Zone and all manufacturing and Industrial uses transport terminal a builders depot an automotive
