year on Friday morning and his purpose was twofold to welcome everyone and to set down school rules Mr Howell commenced with a hearty welcome to all the new children in the school this year about 10 kids in all excluding the kindergarten class He then proceeded to ask the older children to make the new kids feel at home by inviting them into their games and fun and showing them the way He pointed out that country schools have always had a reputation for being ex friendly and he hop this mood would prevail He then extended a very spe- welcome to all the bright young fices in the front row the
