campaigns run by the firefighters across the country The enthusiasm and dedication displayed by these men across the nation is indicative of their deep desire to find a cure for the tragic disease and to help patients in their localities Nowhere in the country is that desire more evident than by the members of the Acton Firefighters Ass ociation Last night I had the pleasant experience of receiving the cheque in the amount of this magnificent sum being the proceeds from the campaign in and 1976 In addition to being a tremendous boost to the Muscular Dystrophy Assoc The world is agog Editors Note
