cool degrees last week due to a broken water temperature is batk up to the normal degrees F While on topic of cold water it should mentioned what to do if you happen to fall into the chilly it this time of year It is predicted that in degrees C water an average person would bt able to swim a little less than a mile before being completely If you fall in do not drown proof Putting your head in chilly water cools your body per cent faster than just treading water head above surface Better still if you arc wear ing life jacket do not move your body al all and bring your knees to your chest This position know as HELP heat escape lessening posture protects your critical areas and the cooling process would be slowed and survival lime increased by double the survival time of a swimmer in the same water These points should be remembered as our Ontario waters are not comfortably warm until the middle of June Saturday is registration day at pool Classes are filled on a first come first served basis so make sure you re there on lime Rembcr learning to swim is the first slip to take in becoming Wise Marzo in last game Pete Marzo played his last college hockey game in the American
