each side of the tracks was considered adequate and there must be provision for setbacks buffers fencing and screening All development must respect hazard land policies as outlined by the Grand Valley Con Authority The planner said the agreement with the City of limited sewage and water capacity and allowed for 1700 persons This would allow 175 units or persons through Infilling It would also allow a site plan of units or 120 persons and two hoc tares for Industrial development totalling persons in dwelling units Hans questioned the validity of the meeting and admitted or chairman Allan Osborne
