its latest edition drew flak reviews from Hal Ion and other school boards Education Minister Stephenson in a letter tabled Thursday during Hal ton Board of Educations Burlington meeting id vises that a review of the particular regulation on such class sizes is underway Also Bill too governing negotiations between teachers and school boards is in the works Six months ago the ministry finished
