grounds down Mill Main streets to the Park One of the biggest fair parades In this year It will include the renowned Acton Citizens Band Georgetown Girls Pipe Band and Sand hill Band Prominent local dignitaries and politicians always a welcome feature The Corlsberg Wagon and Belgian eight horse hitch will attract hundreds of delighted eyes Also included arc a wealth of bicycle riders horses and ponies dozens of floats clowns and other part id pants Children pony gomes and a full fledged will take place Satur day in the English horse ring Light horses will be competing all day on the track and this traditional show Includes harness horses and ponies and draft classes Master Feeds six horse team will be showing Saturday Is beef day with hundreds of fine beet cat lie being shown In addition to the Junior show President Brian Evans reports he expects five herds of belted Galloways to be showing this year Shorthorn herds are even coming from Saskatchewan A model boat show display races will be held on the water both Saturday and Sunday An expected entrants will compete in five classes The event is organized by the Toronto Model Power Boat Club Sheep will be shown Saturday after noon and entries are up this year Always a grand event the baby show starts at 1 p m in the arena Over loo babies expected to compete for silver dollars as well as ribbons Old fiddlers in the Old Tyme Fiddlers Contest will hope to win a portion of the in prize money The contest will begin In arena Saturday Saturday night all who are still walk ing are Invited to attend the Fall Fair dance
