and Van Dam Assists went to Hayter Simmons and Murray Three hours after this game Acton played St Paul Alberta again chalking up a win Goals were scored by Katstlieris Swinamer Murray and Sim mons assisted by Van Dam Simmons and Tuesday Acton played an AAA club from Anchorage Alaska It was an early morning game and Acton allowed two soft goals on early shots before the team woke up Although Acton outplayed their op ponents we lost Actons lone goal was scored by on a perfect pass from Van Dam and Wednesday Acton played the Terriers a AA dub undefeated in their league Una year After periods of play the score was CM until Mississauga scored Acton lost 10 but played very well Thursday we had practice to prepare for our game Friday The boys were to be in bed by a m Thursday night and up at a Friday so tbey would be wide awake come game time Our was St Marie Beauce In a quarter final match There were eight teams left from Acton started very sluggishly and early la the first period and found themselves down 10 Van Dam tied the score at ll on a pass from Lealherland midway thru Ihe third frame St Marie scored with about three minutes remaining and Acton pressing for the
