proves the tome acres of agricultural land for industrial Max Storey of the Planning Board told the Free it took his board three years to acquire an amendment to the Township official plan which would designate the land industrial In the past few years Storey revealed three or four businesses have expressed an Interest in coming to the area but there was no properly land available In fact he said there Is one small business just waiting for approval to start up but he did not elaborate While 300 acres were con sidered Storey noted his board was mainly concerned with acres bordered by Highway 7 to the south the Seventh Line of to the west and the Canadian National Railway tracks to the east near Corners Storey noted be started pushing for the rootling amendment because the land In question was not good land it was in a good location for Highway trans portation and Is near the rail way tracks should an Industry want a siding He pointed out the Township has very little industry and young in theft of skins case Dave Hall of Mill St E has been banded a suspended sentence probation and a ISO hour community service order for his part in the theft of worth of hldea from Beardmore Tannery in Judge Alan Sprague Friday in Milton Provincial Court declared Hail involve ment was not breach of trust on the part of Beardmore white the accused was a truck driver for Transport who was the primary carrier for the leather Stiffer penalties are imposed where a breach of trust is concerned Hall plead last month to theft over after worth of bends skins stolen from Beardmore from September to December 1981 Four other men was also charged in the incident In a statement made to police at the time of the investigation Hall said Al now of Brace bridge asked him if he Hall knew where he could Unload some skins Hall gave him the name of a show repair shop Toronto Some lime Dolcy asked Hall if he would go Toronto to pick up some money from the shop For the Information and the trip to
