In Mall Bag Why Stop Paving at Main Street Water Street Mr Editor Many comments on road conditions have appeared in the Herald these past few months in mall bag tetters and the Editorial Water Street and Park Avenue from Main down to Water Street ore also in very bad condition We have a steady flow of traffic for such a narrow street consisting mostly of heavy trucks and buses It is also used as a cut off from Main Street South to reach Highway Seven than going through the downtown section Walking is sometimes very dangerous as we have no sidewalk to get out of the way of the traffic This past week Herald had an article on changes In street names Water Street to Mill Street a continuation of Park Avenue was of Interest to me Park Avenue this time Is getting a paving job but only to Main
