Curricula Green Light The County Board of Education last week approved plans to begin streamlining the education program In the system elementary schools The new system called core curricula will have the benefit of making it easier for children to move from school to school with a minimum of disruption A report filed with the education board said in part when discussing core curricula There Is probably no Issue which generates more debate among educators and laymen than that of core Some people view as a form of standardization or uniformity while others see it as a nucleus or framework committee which suggested doing away with councils completely and replacing them with ad hoc committees Councils are to keep staff members aware of their program studies through meetings and interim
