com pared to the previous year Referring to a preliminary report prepared by he research branch of the Ontario Ministry of Labor on collective bargaining settlements and work stoppages during 1973 he said that in 1973 there were work stoppages affecting 139 workers resulting in 460 mandays being lost Time lost in 197Z totalled man days due to IBS work stoppages involving workers The report stated
