First Lady The communities of Glen Williams and Georgetown mourn the passing of Hills First Lady the wife of Mayor Tom Hill Ida Hill of Glen Williams died unexpectedly Sunday morning at Georgetown and District Memorial Hospital following a recent Illness Regarded by friends as a quiet living wife and mother Mrs Hill a community in volvement was limited to church activities She was a member of the St Anglican Church where she was married to Thomas J Hill on February 1940 She belonged to the St Albans Ladles Guild and before her marriage was affiliated with the True Blue Lodge Born in Acton Feb 1904 daughter of Joseph and Mary McMenemy she lived part of her girlhood on a farm in before moving to the Glen where she has spent moat of her life She worked for a number of years at the Beaumont
