It has been known that the government was working on a massive plan for tralliallon In the province But it has been working In deep mystery A few facts nave been known one of them that there was a study underway on the impact of locating government offices or perhaps even ministries In other areas of the province But there was not much that was concrete to go on FULL PLAN A short while ago however Treasurer and Minister of Economics and Inter governmental Affairs John White let slip an incidental remark that the government Intended to release a full provincial plan this fall And surely this must be the plan it has been working on for so long As Opposition Leader Robert Nixon has pointed out the only evidence that the planners talked to anyone outside their own ranks on this program was a meeting Mr White held with 14 unidentified businessmen to discuss land use last July The Globe and Mall com at the time that There Is a place where things like this used to be discussed the Ontario Legislature POLITICAL BAIT This legislation aside from decentralization will probably lay out guidelines for such things as preservation of far mland for agricultural pur poses control urban sprawl and lay down ecological requirements But above all one has the suspicion that aside from the physical impact the government may be looking for certain political impact In fact quite a political Impact The Conservatives now are looking for election Issues or bait And If this law has any important impact on trail lotion it could be good election fodder For the greatest portion of the public In Ontario lies outside the major centers And these people have always felt that they got a raw deal at the expense of the cities perform other tasks With improved concentration and coordination the use of educational toys becomes more Important Two toys are made available to the child at each play session one fairly simple and one more complex If the child Is unable to work with the more difficult toy the simpler one Is then used Children are encouraged to watch the instructor go through the use and function of the toy should the student be Incapable of successfully working with that toy
