Council for the Corpora on of the Town of Halton Hills deems It advisable to amend zoning by law Esquesing to change the zone designation of property known as part of Lot Concession for the former Township of Esquesing outlined on Schedule toby law from rural RU zone to rural special institution zone The uses which presently may be made of the lands subject the zone change under the rural zone category are set out in section of by law and Include the following agricultural and forestry uses one single family dwelling on any one lot Institutional uses picnic areas and parks If by law is approved by the Ontario Municipal Board the lands shown on Schedule to the amending by law may be used for the purposes set out in the portion of section of the amending by law numbered 13 a and include the uses permitted in a rural zone buildings to be used for religious Instruction p and the product on and distribution of rellg literature and programs and a residence to provide for persons engaged In carrying on other uses permitted in the zone category Restrictions respecting minimum frontage minimum lot area minimum front side and rear yard maximum lot coverage maximum building height THEREFORE COUNCIL FOR THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF HALTON HILLS ENACTS AS FOLLOWS 1 Schedule to Bylaw as Is further amended by changing the zone designation of those lands outlined on the plan attached to this By law as Schedule being part of Lot Concession from Rural to Rural Special Institutional Section of By law as amended Is furlher amended by adding thereto the fallowing section to be known as Section 12 1 Rural Spec Institutional RU Zone Notwithstanding fhe provisions of this By law as amended to the contrary the lands in the Rural Special Institutional RU Zone as outlined on the plan attached to By law 78 as Schedule may be used only In with the following provisions 12 a No building structure or land in a Rural Special Institutional 2 Zone shall be used tor any purpose other the following those uses permitted In a Rural RU Zone a building or buildings tor the preparation production distribution and storage of religious literature and programs a Residence Building
