would be over while the weather was still good Bad weather plagued last years playoffs Lewis said If weather be comes a problem this year the semifinals will become the best two out of three series As it stands now the quarters will be two out of three the semis and finals three out of five Another problem last year was teams defaulting games Lewis is trying to avoid that problem in 1979 by having each of the clubs post ISO deposits If a team de faults two games they will be disqualified from further play and also lose their deposit If a team shows up for all Its games they will get their Back
