Sheep Club members as well as new members to Judge classes of ram lambs and yearling ewes After an introduction to Judging the good and bad qualities of we then began to judge the classes In the lamb class the prize dorse was two followed closely by four three and then one The yearling ewe class was slightly harder with close plaeings of two one four and then three Many of the sheep club memb ers agreed with the plac although some of the old members were a little rusty Many thanks to Ron and Sally Jones for allowing us to visit their farm and the Sheep Club wish them success In the future The Halton 4 H Sheep Club visited Meats in Milton April This operation In 1925 by Stcmmen and was later passed down to his son Peter who kindly showed us how to cut up Die carcass of With many years of expe rience Peter showed us the different cuts of lamb such as the leg loin flank breast shoulder and ribs With a live weight of about pounds and a carcass weight of about expounds after hanging Mr
